Most consultancies will tell you they work with anyone. We will tell you the truth: we do not.
Not from arrogance. From experience. The work we do requires something from both sides — a genuine willingness to look at what is actually happening in your system, not just what should be happening. The readiness to be curious about your own patterns without becoming defensive. And, honestly, a basic tolerance for honesty delivered with care rather than wrapped in comfortable vagueness.
That combination is less common than you might think.
Who we are — from the inside
Svenja brings depth in narrative, identity, and communication under pressure. She has operated at senior level in demanding environments — most recently as Interim CEO in transformation contexts — and is known, among the people she works with, for giving language and direction to what is often unspoken in a system. She sees quickly. She names what she sees honestly. And she does it with a warmth and a wit that makes the honesty land rather than sting.
Alexander brings 25 years of business and organisational experience across strategy, business development, procurement, and change work, paired with systemic coaching and CliftonStrengths certification. He has left corporate life — with joy, not regret — because he wanted to work differently: closer to what actually matters, with more room to be direct. His edge is turning complexity into structure, priorities, and execution reliability. He is calm, structured, curious about people in a way that is completely genuine, and has seen enough of the world to find most situations interesting rather than alarming.
Together, we are meaning and narrative with structure and execution. Clients tend to describe working with us as ‘calm authority’ — which we find both accurate and slightly funny, given how energetically we argue with each other in private.
What working with us looks like
We start with a short, honest conversation. No proposal deck. No methodology overview. We listen, we ask, we try to understand what is really at play. If there is genuine fit, we propose the smallest pilot that creates visible movement. If it works, we deepen. If it does not, we stop. We have found this approach both ethically correct and extremely good for business.
What you gain is not more tools. You gain clearer decisions. Steadier leadership under pressure. Better team alignment, less friction, and execution that holds in the real world — not just in the planning meeting.
Our principles, plainly
Leichtigkeit, Wertschätzung, Freude — lightness, appreciation, joy. Not as values written on a wall. As actual working conditions. We believe the best work happens from energy, not from pressure. From genuine fit, not from the desire to be liked. From resonance, not from compliance.
We are consciously not for everyone. We are for the leaders and organisations who are ready to look at the real system — with curiosity, with honesty, and with the confidence that movement is possible.

If something in this series has resonated — that is usually the right starting point. We would love to have a conversation.
